  • Provided technical support, IT operations help, troubleshooting, system maintenance and day-to-day issue resolution in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Supported internal security operations by reviewing Jira tickets, system logs and documentation for verification and follow-up.
  • Assisted with ISO 27001 internal compliance by checking records, validating evidence and supporting audit preparation.
  • Reviewed access-related requests and records, and worked with Fortinet firewall fundamentals and endpoint protection.
  • Documented recurring issues and verified resolutions to keep internal systems reliable.

Say hi to Shiza

I'm a Computer Science graduate based in Kuwait City, and I wear three hats: cybersecurity, project management and content creation.

Right now I'm a Project Management Specialist at Saag Systems, running projects from requirements to client delivery. Before that, my IT internship at Maxwell Energy Systems had me supporting systems, reviewing logs and preparing evidence for ISO 27001 audits. Networking came first for me, so packet captures and firewall rules feel familiar.

On the other side, I plan and track projects so they land on time, and off the clock I turn hauls, food, café corners and the little everyday moments into content on Instagram 💜
